Engineer III Spec Test Automation

Hi there,

I’m Logesh Sakthivel, and I work as a Engineer III Spec Test Automation at Verizon. I am passionate about Python, Go, Linux, API and expertise in Networking, Wireless and IoT domain.

Experience

With over 4.5 years of experience in automating CLI, GUI, and REST APIs using Python in the Networking and IoT domains, I also bring hands-on expertise in CI/CD pipeline integration using Jenkins. Furthermore, I created a programme that simulates packets so it may communicate with a real device or another simulator.

In my current role, As a test automation engineer for the SDN Controller,I work on regression testing and certification for new releases. I developed UI and API automation using Playwright and engineered a bootstrap script that automated testbed setup, eliminating 90% of setup errors. I also served as the technical liaison for UAT, triaging all reported issues to ensure rapid resolution.
